The MI-4 pinpointer is a compact and user-friendly pinpoint detector that provides precise location of metal objects. It features front and 360° detection, two audio modes (pulse/pitch), as well as a speaker, vibrator and LED that can be switched off for maximum battery life. The MI-4 has the same basic specifications as the MI-6, but without wireless connectivity to DEUS/ORX systems, and is designed with an ergonomic rubber coating and replaceable parts for a long service life.

Practical use
For precise pinpointing: hold the pinpointer close to the target object and retune to reduce the detection zone — this provides better pinpoint accuracy. On mineralized ground or in saltwater, retuning while in contact with the surface is recommended. The MI-4's ability to turn off the sound, vibrator or LED makes it easy to adapt to long searches or situations where discretion is desired.
