Flat-Hop Bucking – Rubber Only Without Nub
If adjusting the hop-up doesn’t make a difference, the bucking may be worn out and need replacing. Correctly setting the hop-up for the FPS is important to ensure the BB grips the bucking properly.
This Prometheus bucking is a soft type, well suited for rifles shooting under 400 FPS. If the rifle shoots over 400 FPS, we recommend using a harder hop-up bucking.
This is a flat-hop bucking – you can find the nub here!
