Here you have a really good maintenance kit with EVERYTHING you need to clean and take care of your airsoft rifle and pistol!

It doesn’t matter what type of pistol or rifle you have, or how much power it has—it will still need regular maintenance. No matter how rugged and tough your rifle is on the outside, it still contains delicate mechanisms inside that need lubrication and cleaning!

It can be easy to get confused about which cleaning and lubrication products to use on the different components, whether it’s for a gas-powered pistol or an electric rifle. So why not make things easier? This was most likely the question the people at WE asked themselves when they created this fantastic kit. Here you have EVERYTHING you need to clean and lubricate your airsoft gun, whether you have a pistol, a rifle, or simply both.

PLASTIC LUBRICANT (60ml)
DEGREASER (60ml)
Pump (for the degreaser)
Cleaning brush
Cleaning cloth
Stick-Easy (18g)
Silicone Grease (10ml)
PTFE Grease (10g)
Bearing Oil (10ml)

If you’re wondering how to clean your gear and what to use for what, here’s an explanation:

Cleaning:
The first thing to do when maintaining an airsoft gun is to clean it. It’s a good idea to use the cleaning cloth first to remove dirt from the surface. For this, use the CLEANING CLOTH.

The next step is to clean parts where dirt can build up, such as gears, small holes in the slide or body, the piston, etc. Use the CLEANING BRUSH for this.

After that, remove any oil/lubricant residue that has settled in nooks and crannies. For this, use OIL REMOVER (60ml). You can either apply it by dripping it on or spray it on using the PUMP that comes with it.

Everything should now be clean and ready to be lubricated again.

Lubricating:
No matter how thoroughly you have cleaned your weapon, putting it back together without lubrication will cause it to break quite quickly. The first thing you should do is lubricate the moving parts so everything slides smoothly. For this, use PLASTIC LUBRICATING OIL (60ml), Many people will probably use silicone spray for this, but the lubricating oil leaves a thin layer on plastic parts, which makes it ideal for loosening gas valves and blowback pistons.

The next parts that need lubricating are O-rings and Hop-Up rubber. For this, use SILICONE GREASE. It’s quite similar to the LUBRICATING OIL, but a bit thicker, making it excellent for keeping seals tight and the rubber soft and supple!

If you have any parts that you’re not quite sure whether to use SILICONE GREASE on, then it’s most likely PTFE GREASE that should be used. This is the lubricant you should use on metal parts that come into contact with other metal parts, such as gears in the gearbox or a metal slide if your pistol has one. PTFE GREASE is naturally water-repellent, so it won’t wash off immediately if your pistol or rifle gets exposed to a bit of rain.

The last parts that need lubricating are the ball bearings in AEGs. The bearings are exposed to A LOT of friction, so it’s very important to lubricate them to ensure good trigger response, rate of fire, and battery life. For this job, use Bearing Oil (10ml).Most ball bearings come with grease from the factory, which can be removed using OIL REMOVER BEFORE lubricating with Bearing Oil, so the small balls can spin freely.

STICK-EASY?
When you open this kit, you'll see a lump of something green that looks like modeling clay. This is what's called Stick-Easy. But what is it used for, you might wonder? We wondered the same thing, but after a little investigation, we quickly found that it has become one of the most-used products in this package.
