LiPo batteries (Lithium-Ion-Polymer) are upgraded versions of traditional LiIon batteries. They have an exceptional capacity-to-size ratio, making them compact and highly efficient. This ensures that the battery fits almost any AEG-replica. LiPo batteries have no memory effect and can be charged frequently without having to be fully drained. Frequent charging can actually extend their lifespan.

It's important to avoid draining LiPo batteries below 3V per cell and overcharging them beyond 4.2V per cell. With proper use, these batteries can last for 500–700 cycles.They also work well under low temperatures, but must be charged at room temperature. 

NEVER completely discharge the battery! Stop using the battery immediately when you hear the rate of fire going down. ALWAYS CHARGE BEFORE USING THEM WHEN THEY ARE NEW!

Why use Li-Po Batteries?

The biggest reason to use Li-Po batteries is that they are smaller in size and you get more power and duration out of Li-Po compared to NiMH. Most Li-Po batteries are the same size as a mini-type battery, but have the same power as a large NiMH battery.

You no longer need long wires to attach a large battery on the outside of your weapon when Li-Po is the battery type you use on your Carbine, PDW, or SMG rifle. This again means that you don't ruin the look of your rifle, or run out of power during a game.
