M203 Rail-Mounted Mini Grenade Launcher – Ultra-compact and raw firepower directly on your Picatinny rail
Want to give your airsoft pistol or rifle a huge tactical advantage without adding unnecessary weight and bulk? This innovative, compact M203 mini grenade launcher is designed to mount quickly onto any airsoft weapon equipped with a standard 21mm Picatinny rail (such as underneath the barrel of the popular Action Army AAP-01). A perfect upgrade for clearing rooms in intense CQB situations!
Workshop insight: Traditional M203 grenade launchers are often heavy, long, and cumbersome to run around with. This “Rail-Mounted” variant completely turns the concept on its head. Weighing just 69 grams and measuring an extremely compact 95 x 50 mm, you’ll barely notice it’s attached to your weapon until you actually need it. Simply clip a standard 40mm gas grenade straight into the holder and fire manually using the large push button at the rear.
Easy to use with an extremely robust design
The grenade launcher is made from high-quality, reinforced polymer. This makes the accessory incredibly impact-resistant and robust enough to withstand rough treatment in the field, while keeping the weight to an absolute minimum. The mechanism is very simple: Push any 40mm airsoft gas grenade into the chamber until it locks in place with a click. When you press the button at the back, the firing pin is mechanically pushed into the grenade’s bottom valve, unleashing a powerful swarm of plastic BBs at your opponent.
Since the unit attaches via a standard rail system, you can use it across your entire collection of weapons—whether mounted under the barrel of an AAP01 gas pistol, on the side of an M4 rifle’s handguard, or under a tactical shotgun.
Important ammunition information
Please note that this mini grenade launcher is sold without grenades. It is fully universal and mechanically compatible with standard 40mm gas-powered airsoft grenades (Green Gas / CO2) on the market. We recommend purchasing one or more grenades as well to be fully game-ready.
Useful information about the M203 mini grenade launcher:
- Universal mounting: Fits all types of weapons (pistols, SMGs, and rifles) with an available Picatinny rail measuring at least 9–10 cm in length.
- Quick reloading: The open-frame design allows you to quickly pull out the empty grenade shell and insert a new, preloaded gas grenade into the barrel within just a few seconds.
- Maintenance tip: Since the firing mechanism is mechanical and simple, it requires minimal maintenance. Spray a small amount of silicone spray on the firing pin and locking hook at regular intervals for maximum smoothness.
