Zippo Butane Lighter Insert – Upgrade Your Classic
The Zippo Butane Lighter Insert lets you keep the classic style and iconic “Zippo click” while adding the technology of a modern butane torch lighter. This insert provides a powerful, simple flame (single torch) that is odorless and more reliable in windy conditions than traditional fuel inserts.
Store tip: The butane insert is perfect for anyone who doesn’t use their lighter every day. Since butane gas is stored in a sealed tank, the fuel doesn’t evaporate like it does in a standard fuel-powered Zippo. This ensures that the lighter always lights when you need it, even after sitting in your pocket or bag for several weeks.
Technical Precision and Easy Use
This butane insert is designed to fit perfectly in all standard Zippo cases (not compatible with Armor, Slim, or 1935 Replica). It is equipped with a reliable piezo igniter that activates with a simple press of the button. Under the insert, you’ll find an adjustment screw that allows you to fine-tune the flame height as needed.

- Maintenance: Clean the burner head regularly with compressed air for a steady flame.
