As the name suggests, the M1911 was first made over 100 years ago, and has been a favorite of many through 2 world wars, thousands of conflicts and still sees service today in several nations both militarily and within the police service. The original 1911 model was designed by John M. Browning and has been in use ever since and is even in use today.
This softgun replica is spring operated, meaning you have to pull the slide back to recharge the mechanism between each shot. This makes this very affordable to use as you don't have to buy gas to run it, in addition you can also use a springer in all types of temperatures, so where gas weapons have to give up due to the cold this is an excellent substitute.
Due to the metal construction material, this springer has a good weight of 622 grams, while at the same time it is much more robust and can withstand more. The pistol fits well in the hand and the magazine capacity of 12 rounds makes this very realistic.
If you want a great springer of the legendary 1911 model, this is highly recommended!
Springer softgun - This is how it works
Load the magazine with 6mm BBs and insert the magazine into the weapon. For each shot, you must manually pull the slide back to charge the spring. This means that you only need balls outside and is therefore very cheap to operate! The magazine is two-part, with a chamber with feed hatch where you can easily pour in up to 102 rounds - This makes reloading a breeze!
We recommend 0.20-0.23g balls for precision and 0.12g balls for length!
