Hatsan is a Turkish gun manufacturer that makes all of their rifles in their own factory. These custom-made rifles aim to give you as much bang for your buck as possible! With a muzzle velocity of 380 meters per second tested with lead bullets, this gives an impact energy of 40 Joules!
Vortex - How it works
The Vortex Piston is specifically designed for Hatsan rifles and can be compared to Crosman's Nitro Piston. It compresses air into a completely sealed piston as you load and uses this pressure to push the piston forward to fire the shot. The piston is completely sealed and you don't need to refill any gas!
Break down the barrel, insert a pellet, raise the barrel back up and shoot. Simple, cheap and effective!
Powerful rifle
The rifle is one of the most powerful break-action rifles on the market with a real muzzle velocity of 380m/s or 40 Joules if you prefer to go by that measurement. This means that you can use this for long-range shooting with straight scopes and bullets.
With the new Vortex piston, the sound is minimized after about 100 shots and you can notice a big difference between the old model and this new one. With the Vortex, this one will last much longer than the old one.

Vortex System:
The Vortex Piston is specially developed for Hatsan rifles and can be compared to Crosman's Nitro Piston. It compresses air as you load and uses this to fire the shot. Quattro Trigger:
An advanced two-stage trigger that is only available from Hatsan. It allows you to adjust the trigger load, the position of the first and second stages of the firing cycle, and the length of time the trigger should travel before the shot is fired. This specially built trigger also allows you to release your finger pressure if the shot cannot be taken on the first stage of the firing cycle. In addition, it is equipped with an additional safety in case you are unfortunate enough to drop it on the ground. This system is called a "drop safety interlock" and prevents it from firing even if the safety is off.
SAS:
In this context, it stands for Shock Absorber System and is a system that reduces vibrations and extends the life of both the rifle, optics and accessories.
TruGlo Fiber Optics:
Fiber optic technology has been integrated into micro-adjustable front and rear sights for extra precision on shots.
TRIOPAD Butt System:
This system is located at the end of the stock and is designed to provide maximum absorption against recoil. This gives the shooter increased comfort when shooting powerful air rifles.
