What is a smoker and what does it mean to smoke food?
Smoking food is a delicacy in itself! It's meat that's cooked at a low temperature over a long time in a controlled and smoky environment. The meat or fish becomes so tender that you can pull it apart with a fork. The smoke adds a wonderfully good taste.
With Bradley smokers, you hardly need to do anything to get perfectly cooked food! Since the smoker is digital, you only need to set the temperature on the display and load enough briquettes into the tube next to it. It burns through a briquette in 25 minutes, so depending on how long you're going to smoke the meat, you'll need a bunch. Unlike traditional smokers, you don't need to spend a lot of time making sure the temperature doesn't get too high or too low.
