Hatsan is a Turkish arms manufacturer that makes all its rifles in its own factory. These custom rifles aim to give you as much bang for your buck as possible! With an output speed of 380 meters per second tested with lead bullets, this gives an impact energy of 40 Joules!

Vortex - How it works

The Vortex Piston is specially developed for Hatsan rifles and can be compared to Crosman's Nitro Piston. It compresses air in a completely sealed piston as you load and uses this pressure to push the piston forward to fire the shot. The piston is completely sealed and you do not need to top up any gas!

Break down the barrel, insert a pellet, bring the barrel back up and fire. Simple, cheap and effective!

Powerful rifle

The rifle is one of the most powerful shotguns on the market with a real muzzle velocity of 380m/s or 40 Joules if you'd rather go for that measurement. This means that you can use this for long-distance shooting with straight binoculars and bullets.

With the new Vortex piston, the sound is minimized after about 100 shots and you notice a good difference between the old model and this new one. With the Vortex, this one is going to last a lot longer than that one

Vortex System:
The Vortex Piston is specially developed for Hatsan rifles and can be compared to Crosman's Nitro Piston. It compresses air in what you charge and uses this to fire the shot. With the Vortex, this will last much longer than the spring models.

Quattro Trigger:
An advanced two-stage trigger only available from Hatsan. It gives you a three-point adjustment to adjust the trigger load, the position of the first and second stages of the firing cycle, and the length the trigger should travel before the shot is fired. With this purpose-built trigger, you can also release the finger pressure if the shot cannot be taken at the first stage of the firing cycle. In addition, it is equipped with an extra fuse should you be unfortunate enough to drop it on the ground. This system is called "drop safety interlock" and means that it will not fire even if the fuse is off.

SAS:
Stands in this context for Shock Absorber System and is a system that reduces vibrations and extends the life of both the rifle, optics and accessories.

TruGlo Fiber Optics:
Fiber optics technology has been integrated into micro-adjustable front and rear sights for extra good precision on shots.
