AX1 is a handmade ax from Ukraine that has a beautiful shaft of ash impregnated with linseed oil, the head is made of strong hardened high carbon steel which gives the ax a very sharp edge and solid construction. 
With a compact and solid design, this is the ultimate hiking axe, but it is also great for the woodcarving hobby. Remember to lightly oil the ax before putting it away to avoid rust.

Leather scabbard and belt attachment included.

The ax head  is made with a high carbon content. makes all the knives and axes by hand and the quality is impeccable. Carbon steel gives the ax good properties that make it sharp  and robust  at the same time that it also maintains its sharpness for a long time. It is important to dry the ax after use and oil it regularly as rust can occur.
