This classic replica reconstruction is designed 1:1 to the original Mauser C96 pistol.

In terms of construction, the replica is built in metal and faux wood and has a hefty weight of 1120g. It is made by Denix, who are known for their beautiful replicas of historical weapons.

The model was produced from 1896 to 1937 and the German army received more than 100,000 units. It was the German weapons designer Peter Paul Mauser who was behind the pistol design. The model was used by German soldiers both during the First and partly in the Second World War. It has also been used during the Soviet Union, when the model was nicknamed "Bolo-Mauser" - (Bolshevik mauser).
